You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smsm.ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
smsm.ph will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from smsm.ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify smsm.ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. smsm.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from the Company's own negligence or willful misconduct.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your smsm.ph account. This adds an additional layer of security by requiring OTP verification from your registered Philippine mobile number each time you log in from a new device.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. smsm.ph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude smsm.ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
